A Russian missile attack on a children’s hospital and residential area in the northeastern Ukrainian city of Sumy has left at least 88 people injured, including 17 children. Sybiha’s remarks were supported by Ukraine’s prime minister, Denys Shmyhal, who described the Sumy attack as evidence that Russia intended to perpetuate its “terror” on Ukraine.
